Below are examples of our preferred Bank Letter formats. Note: If you are using the alternate Bank Letter Format, we will need to contact the bank 2-3 days prior to the start of the event to verify the funds are still available.
You must pay for vehicle purchase(s) with a check written or a wire transfer against THIS ACCOUNT ONLY (account number must appear on check). No other checks will be accepted.
 
Bidders using non-U.S. bank accounts: Letters must be written on bank letterhead, using the “Wire Transfer Guaranty” format. Personal or business checks drawn on Canadian bank accounts cannot be accepted.
